Managing orders
On the page My orders, it is possible to consult and manage orders that are placed using the Offers shop as well as the Reselling API.

Note
When a filter is applied on the My orders page, the filter icon will turn blue.
Consult order details
To view details of an order, click on the expand icon of that order.
Export barcodes
You can consult the offer details, as well as export the ticket barcodes.

However, in case an order has more than 25 tickets in total, the option to get tickets will not be available. The user can only export the barcodes of the tickets.
Orders placed using the Reselling API will have the option to export barcodes. PDF tickets will not be generated for orders placed using the Reselling API.
In the order details section, click Export barcodes to get tickets for confirmed orders.
