Consult sales overview

On the page Dashboard, you can consult the key performance indicators (KPI) for sales made on the Offers shop as well as using Reselling API (if integrated).

By default, data of a day prior to the current date (yesterday) will be visualised.

Note

The Sales dashboard shows data until 2:10 am UTC.

My orders	Total orders: The total number of confirmed orders placed using Offers shop on enviso trade and Reselling API (if integrated). Avg. tickets per order: The average of number of tickets per confirmed orders.
My offers	Published: The number of offers published by your venue partners for you. Requested to sell: The number of offers for which you have sent the request to sell to venue partners.
Generated revenue for	Partners: Percentage of partners for whom sales was generated versus the total number of connected partners. Tickets: The total number of tickets sold. Hover over the statistics to consult the exact number.
Tickets sold per month	Month-wise visualisation of tickets sold by you on Enviso Trade. This does not include reserved order tickets.
Top 5 partners/offers	Visualisation of top five partners and offers based on the number of tickets sold.

Filter Sales dashboard

It is possible to filter the Sales dashboard view by clicking the filter icon in the upper-right corner of the Sales dashboard page.

This will result in the opening of the right-side menu containing filter options.

Select the desired filter option and click Apply.
