Note

The settings under Enviso Admin > Settings > Email apply to emails that are sent to the visitors for orders placed from any of the direct channel sales points. These email settings do not apply to the orders placed by resellers.

Visitor engagement emails

You can configure emails that will be sent to the visitor prior to or post their visit to your venue.

If enabled, you will be able to define the number of days when the email will be sent from the date of the visit.

You can also manage email templates and add translations for the enabled visitor engagement emails from Enviso Admin > Templates > Email. By default the email language is English.

Guide notification emails

It is possible to configure which email notifications will be sent to your connected guide. This email configuration is useful if you are using the Enviso Booking app to manage guide tasks.

Note

If the guide has provided his/her interim office's email address, the emails will be copied to the interim office as well.

You can configure the email template and add translations for the enabled email notifications from Enviso Admin > Templates > Email. By default the email language is English.

Email domain

You can consult the email address from which emails will be sent to the visitors for orders placed on the direct as well as indirect channel sales points.
