Send email notifications to your guides

Now you can easily keep your guides informed about their tasks by configuring notification emails for assigned tasks, unassigned tasks or cancelled tasks. You can add translations for these email templates, and your guides can choose their preferred language for email notification from their Enviso guide account.

Manage templates from Enviso Admin

Managing email and ticket templates have been moved from Enviso Sales to Enviso Admin. The procedure to create/edit templates and add translations remain as it was earlier.

Possibility to create onsite sales points

Enviso Admin now gives you the flexibility to create onsite sales points along with the existing functionality of creating online sales points. The option to create sales points is available if you haven't already synchronised sales points from Recreatex.

  • The exported list of visitors from the page Visitors now additionally includes the visitor's preferred language for tickets and emails.

  • The free tickets (0EURO) and orders are not sent to GVP/KAT.

Disable tickets from an offer on sale

As a venue, you now have more control over the tickets of an offer that is put on sales on direct and/or indirect channels. It is possible to disable further sales of ticket(s) of an active offer.

Rate a guide

As a venue, you can give a star rating to a guide, with 0.5 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. 0 star means no rating has been given to the guide. When assigning a task, the guide list will be sorted from the highest to the lowest rating.

Enhancements
  • When your connected guide accepts a task, an email notification will be sent to your registered Enviso account.

  • It is possible to consult the guide's interim office's email address and his/her preferred language for task email notifications from the guide's profile.

  • It is possible to create and sell group offers with individual tickets and regular offers from the same event. You can edit an event configured as 'all timeslot' and activate it for sales.

Bug fixes
  • Timeslots in the file exported from the Planning page are different from the offer's actual time slot.

  • Incorrect task status when two tasks occurring at the same time are assigned to one guide.

Guide planning 1.8

Receive task notification emails

As a guide, you can now receive notification emails for the assigned tasks, unsigned tasks and cancelled tasks from your venue partner. You can select your preferred language for such email correspondences from your profile page. This is possible if your venue partner has enabled guide notification emails, and has translations available in the email language of your choice.

Enhancement
  • As an interim guide, you will be able to add the email address of your interim office in your profile details (tab Finance). If your venue partner has enabled task notification emails, your interim office will be sent a copy of your assigned, unassigned and cancelled tasks.

Ticketing widget 1.13

Enable group offers with individual tickets

Now it is possible to sell group offers with individual tickets in the Ticketing widget (and the Direct selling API). With this, venues can sell group offers and regular offers with individual tickets for the same event.

Visitor information fills in automatically when placing an order

When a customer already has a registered account, he/she does not need to enter the visitor information every time an order is placed. The visitor info is automatically filled in on the Checkout page. The customer can, of course, edit it if required.

Bug fixes
  • The signup form on the Ticketing widget doesn't create a user in the user pool

  • Incorrect error message for invalid password entered

  • Enable/disable functionality not triggered correctly

  • Incorrect error message for the field last name

  • On the checkout page, the date one day prior to the selected date is shown

  • A discount code isn't guaranteed to be unique when applied in the Ticket Widget

  • Incorrect error message when the user tries to order more than the number of available tickets

  • Misaligned 'Profile' button for mobile browsers
