Price rules
Venue users can now create price rules that will overwrite the configured ticket price and create variable pricing for a defined validity period.
You have the flexibility to define whether the new price is an absolute amount or an increase/decrease by a fixed amount or percentage of the actual price.

In the above example, the configured offer's ticket price will be increased by €2.

Note
The feature to configure price rules is available to specific Venues only. You can request GANTNER support to enable this feature for your venue. The price rules apply to sales on the Ticketing widget only.
Enhancements for Membership offers
For membership duration, it is now possible additionally select the days of the week and define the access timing for the membership.
On the offer details page (tab Details) the Venue user can consult membership duration, access dates, and access timing.
It is now possible to link one or more access zones for a membership offer from the tab Access control on the offer details page.
Access will be granted when the membership is valid in combination with valid access time and reader. Access readers can be configured from Enviso Admin (Access control).
Promotion rules
Venue users for whom the feature to use Promotions has been enabled can now create promotions based on conditions and rewards. Promotions allow you to configure an automatic basket level discount or offer level discount based on particular products in the visitor's basket.

You can optionally choose to have discount codes that the customers can use to get discounts if their order meets the pre-defined conditions.

The possibility to use the Promotions feature is available to specific Venues only. You can request GANTNER support to enable this feature for your venue.

Create and manage access zones
From the page Access control, Venue users can create, edit and delete access zones. It is also possible to link readers to an access zone.

Once configured, an access zone can be linked with a membership offer from the Sales app (My offers > Offer details > tab Access control). As a result, at the time of access, a valid membership will additionally be validated with the configurations of the linked access zone.
Enhancements
The date format in the ticket/product and email templates is now changed to the 'Date-Month name-Year' format. Example: 28 February 2023.
New fields for the ticket/product template - Time slot start time and Time slot end time.
Renamed menu option 'Infrastructure' to 'Access control'.
