The enhancements below are applicable to Venues for whom the feature of creating Membership offers and/or managing quota capacity has been enabled.
Cancel customer membership
As a Venue user, you can cancel the membership of a specific customer. On the Customers page, select the customer for whom the membership needs to be cancelled. Next, go to the tab Memberships. Click on the more options button, then select Cancel membership.

Once cancelled, the membership will show as cancelled in the customer's membership overview. The customer will be notified via email of the cancelled membership.

The customer can consult the cancelled membership from his/her visitor profile on the Ticketing widget.
Enhancements
The Scanning API now supports scanning the membership barcode.
Defining the end date for a quota period is now mandatory. The quota period cannot be longer than the end of the next year.

Create campaigns for Membership offers
It is now possible to create campaigns for Membership offers. Visitors can get discounts based on the applied campaign code.
Manage orders
You can now search reseller orders using the External ID on the Orders page.
When a Reseller partner uses a third-party tool for creating orders, the ID generated for that order is synced back in Enviso as an External ID.
If payment for a membership offer is confirmed, the order will be confirmed. Likewise, if the payment is cancelled, the membership order will be cancelled automatically. A confirmation or cancellation email will be sent to the visitor.
It is possible to Cancel a membership offer from the Orders page. Once cancelled, a cancellation email will be sent to the visitor.
A new column 'Product type' has been added to the Export order CSV file, which indicates whether an offer is a Ticket offer or a Membership offer. Moreover, some of the column titles have been revised, namely, product name, product price, product discount, and so on.
Manage offers
It is now possible to change the offer status containing a membership offer to archive, unarchive, deactivate and reactivate it.
You can change the details of a membership offer while it is in an inactive state.
It is possible to archive/unarchive Membership products.
By default, Tickets (or Memberships) with active status will be shown on the Tickets (or Products) page. Using the filter icon, you can filter Tickets/Memberships with Active and/or Archived status.
