Enable Two-Factor Authentication for an added layer of security

A Venue user now has the possibility to enable two-factor authentication for their individual account from their profile page.

In this case, after entering the account credentials on the login page, the user will have to re-authenticate him/herself using a verification code sent to their registered email address. For a detailed description, refer Two-factor authentication.

A Venue user with sufficient permissions can consult which user accounts have enabled, disabled, or not yet configured two-factor authentication (2FA) for their individual Enviso account.

Important to know the implementation of two-factor authentication:

  • Venue users will have to reset their password once when they log in for the first time after this release. Password can be reset by using the Forgot password option.

Possibility to define rebooking cut-off time for all the offers

A Venue user with permission to manage visitors has the possibility to define a cut-off time for re-booking and cancelling orders. 

If enabled, the visitor will be able to rebook and/or cancel orders before the defined cut-off time from the Visitor profile on the Ticketing widget. For a detailed description, refer Visitor settings.

Enhancement for Membership

When selling a membership offer, in case the visitor has not provided the first name and last name at the time of registration on the Enviso Ticketing widget, the membership assignee will show as 'Self'.
