What's new in Enviso

Manage overarching capacity (for specific venues only)
For more control over your capacity management, you can now define a quota that works as an overarching capacity for the selected offers.
A quota can be defined only for regular offers with timeslots and regular per day offers.
For sales, the lower of the two will apply - the capacity defined at the offer level or the quota limit.
Quota applies to sales on the direct as well as indirect channel sales points.

Enhancements
The reseller can cancel an order with a past visit date or if the pre-bill has already been generated for it. When the order is cancelled a negative sale is generated in Recreatex.
Note
The following enhancements will be available to the venue if the feature to sell group offers has been rolled out for your reselling partners.
Now it is possible to publish group offers for indirect channel sales points if the feature to sell group offers is enabled for the reseller.
For the orders placed on your reseller's Enviso account, you can now:
Consult orders for group offers. This is applicable if group offer sales are enabled for the reseller.
Consult all the visitor details that were filled in at the time of checkout.
Consult the order number and status as shown on the reseller's Enviso Trade account.
Consult the updated order status when the reseller updates it from their Enviso Trade account.

Sell group offers (for specific resellers only)
Resellers for whom the feature to sell group offers has been rolled out can:
Consult group offers on their Enviso Offers shop along with other types of offers.
Reserve and confirm the group offers from their Enviso Offers shop. However, Mprofile enabled resellers can only reserve the order. In this case, the details about the number of groups will also be sent to GVP/KAT along with the other order details.
Export CSV containing orders related to group offers as well.
Important to know:
It will be possible to add up to 25 tickets per ticket type and 100 tickets per order in the cart for each venue.
Ticket barcodes will be generated per group, and not per visitor for a group offer sale.
On the My Orders page, the orders before the v1.19 update will be listed under the tab Before V1.19 and the orders after that will show under the tab Recent.
Enhancements
Possibility to remove one ticket at a time from the cart, instead of deleting the entire offer from the order.
The reseller will be able to confirm and cancel the order which will reflect on the venue's side too.
After order confirmation, the system will auto-create guide tasks for guided offer (regular and group) orders.
If the order is completely cancelled then the guide task will also be cancelled. However, if the order is partially cancelled then the visitor count will be updated for the cancelled visits.
The reseller's time zone setting will be used for the order reservation and confirmation emails.
