Rebook order for timeslot offer

It is possible to rebook an order for a timeslot offer from the Enviso Sales app. You can rebook for another available visit date, timeslot and guide. Until now, it was possible to rebook orders only from the Direct selling API.

  • Only timeslot offers can be rebooked.

  • Only confirmed orders placed from the direct channel sales points can be rebooked.

Email payment link to speed up payments

If you are using Enviso Pay for payments, you can now send a payment link to the visitor along with the order reservation email. This makes it convenient for the visitor to click the link and make the payment from their device, thereby improving the overall customer experience.

Note

The functionality to generate payment links is available only if you use Enviso Pay and the order is reserved from the venue's Offer shop. You will also need to configure the field 'Payment link' in the Reserved order email template from Enviso Admin.

The payment link can be obtained in the following ways:

  • On the venue's Offer shop, the payment link shows in the pop-up generated after order reservation.

  • The visitor's reservation email will contain the Pay now button, which will redirect him/her to another page for making the payment. For this purpose, the Reserved order email template should be configured with the field 'Payment link'.

  • On the page Orders > tab Direct, click on the more options button. Select Copy payment link to copy the payment link and share it with the visitor, if required.

    In case the system fails to automatically generate the payment link, you will have the option to 'Generate payment link' instead of the 'Copy payment link' option.

Enhancement
  • You can now easily access the Enviso online help using the Help icon in the top panel of the Sales app.

Enhancements
  • Added user permissions for managing the capacity quota (Sales app) and special cards (eLoxx app) for the venue users. However, these permissions will be available for use in a future release.

  • The venue and reseller users can easily access the Enviso online help using the Help icon in the top panel of the Admin app.

    Additionally, for the venue users, the Help icon is also available in the Sales app, Booking app and Trade for Venues app. Whereas, for the reseller users, the Help icon is also available in the Trade for Resellers app.

Ticketing widget 1.18

Validate the minimum number of visitors for a group offer

When the user places an order for a group offer, the Ticketing widget now validates the minimum number of visitors. If the visitor count is less than the minimum number of visitors for the group offer, an error message is shown and the user cannot proceed to the next step in placing an order.

For this purpose, the Ticketing widget checks the minimum visitor count defined for the group offer in the Enviso Sales app. For a detailed description of this parameter, refer to Group offer > Tickets and Capacity > Capacity on the page Create an offer.

Improve widget components for kiosk integration

Made improvements in the following components so that the Ticketing widget UI can be tailored to the kiosk environment:

  • Component: Offer overview

    • Removed attributes: hide-offer-buttons and image-click-action

    • New event: offeroverviewloaded

  • Component: Offer card

    • Added attributes: offer-id and hide-buttons

    • New event: imageclick

  • Component: Time selection

    Added attributes for the Time selection component.
