Define discount code usage for a ticket type per basket

If you wish to define a limit on the usage of a discount code per basket for a ticket type, you can do so by using the parameter Limit per basket.

Example: For a campaign configured for a 20% discount on a certain offer, the parameter Limit per basket is set to 2 for the Child tickets. Now, when 5 Child tickets of this offer are added to the basket, the discount will be applied to 2 Child tickets and not to all the 5 Child tickets in the basket.

Enhancement

  • You can now consult the capacity quota details by clicking on a created quota. This is available to specific venues for whom the capacity management feature has been enabled.

Enhancement

  • Consult chargeback amount from the pre-bill. The chargeback amount is the commission on the total tickets sold minus the commission on the cancelled tickets. The cancellation could either be after the pre-bill was generated for the tickets or the visit date had passed.

Enhancements (for specific resellers only)

Following enhancements are available to resellers for whom the feature to sell group offers has been rolled out:

  • Update reserved orders for regular offers and group offers.

  • The reserved orders will be auto-confirmed/auto-cancelled based on the settings configured by the venue.

  • Export orders that have been placed after the V1.19 update from the tab Recent on the My orders page.

Enhancement

When creating an account from the login page of the eLoxx app, the user will have access to the Admin app. The default roles such as Enviso super admin, Cloud admin and eLoxx admin with full permissions will be available.

Create an account and reset password

Now you can create an account for your locker site from the eLoxx login page. Upon creating an account, the user will have access to eLoxx and the Enviso Admin app by default.

Should you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password using the Forget password option on the login page.

Direct selling API

  • It is possible to send the applicable VAT rate for each product. The affected endpoints are Confirm order, Get order detail, Rebook order.

    For this purpose, the VAT rate should have been pre-defined for your country in the Enviso system by GANTNER.

Ticketing widget 1.19

Enhancement

  • Implement the order of offers defined in included-offer-ids if it's configured in the Ticketing widget, else the offers will be displayed in default mode (alphabetically sorted). Refer Offer overview

Insight 1.8

Enhancements

  • As a venue, you can now access the visitor data and the order data from the Insight app.

  • The export report view is changed for a specific customer.
