What's new in Enviso

For venue users, new ticket template fields have been added - Discount amount and Discount code. By default, the Discount code field is added to the System template for tickets.

Venue users can display the venue's Instagram URL in the ticket and email template by using the field Venue instagram url in the template. For this, the venue's Instagram URL must be added to the venue's profile in Enviso Trade.

The maximum size for a ticket/email template has been set to 200KB.

Added user permissions for the upcoming Enviso app for venue users, eLoxx. However, this feature will be available for use in a future release.

For the users of Enviso's Ticketing widget, if the visitor info form parameter Fields for per visitor detail is enabled and the details have been filled in at the time of checkout, you can consult the visitor details from the exported order file from Enviso Sales > Order > Export.

If you are not using the Ticketing widget, we recommend keeping the parameter 'Fields for per visitor detail' disabled.

It is possible to define the minimum number of visitors per visit for a timeslot offer.

Resellers can display their organisation's Instagram URL in the ticket by using the field Reseller instagram url in the template. For this, the organisation's Instagram URL must be added to the Social links in the reseller's profile.

The maximum size for a ticket template has been set to 200KB.

When a venue assigns a task to a guide, the guide's availability will be blocked immediately for the task duration. Until the previous version, the guide's availability was blocked only after the task was accepted by the guide.

It will be possible to collect visitor info for each ticket in the basket. For this, the parameter Fields for per visitor detail should be enabled from Enviso Sales > Visitor info forms.

The individual visitor details can be consulted from the exported order file from Enviso Sales > Order > Export.
