Archive ticket

Select Archive from the drop-down menu of the ticket you do not wish to discontinue.

Important to know:

  • Once a ticket has been archived, it will no longer be available for offers that are created after archiving the ticket.

  • The archived ticket will continue to be available for sales for offers to which it has already been linked.

  • Venue users for whom the feature to create Membership offers is available can archive or unarchive Membership products as well.

  • By default, Tickets (or Memberships) with active status will be shown on the Tickets (or Products) page. Using the filter icon, you can filter Tickets/Memberships with Active and/or Archived status.
