Price rules
From the page Price rules, you can create rules that define the offer price depending on the date/time slot selected by the visitor.
The price rule will overwrite the configured ticket price and create variable pricing for a defined period.
Important to know:
The feature to configure price rules is available to specific Venues only. You can request GANTNER support to enable this feature for your venue.
Price rules can be applied to Per-day offers and Time slot offers for sales on the Ticketing widget only.
Price rules cannot be configured for Total offers, that is, offers offering visits without a date or time slot selection (eg: Day pass).
Pricing rules can be applied to ticket offers and not to Membership offers.
When pricing rules are set, the variable price will show in the calendar when selecting the date and time via the Ticketing widget.
