Visitor info forms
From the page Visitor info forms, you can consult, edit and rename the fields of the available forms. It is also possible to add translations for the form fields.

The user should have permission to manage visitor forms. User permissions can be managed from Enviso Admin > User roles (Manage form).
Each of these visitor info forms can be linked to an offer, which will be used for collecting visitor information at the time of checkout when an order is placed through your direct channel sales points. See further, Link a visitor info form
